• Maintains accuracy while assisting with all inside sales activities during machine order process
• Prepares detailed price quotations per the customer’s request
• Technical clarifications with headquarters in Germany to ensure correctness of quotations
• Creates and maintains sales files in an organized and accessible manner
• Provides inside support to the regional sales managers as needed
• Enters customer information in CRM system and follows up with Sales Manager and/or other departments
• Assists other departments with administrative duties, e.g. quotations for applications department
• General organizational tasks and scheduling of training events and catering for customer visits
• Responsible for inventory of office and kitchen supplies
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested



• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or similar) and at least 3-5 years of experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and an independent thinker
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts of basic algebra
• Ability to analyze information
• Must maintain a professional demeanor
• ERP system experience / SAP R/3 system experience is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
